Founder

Zavlab 32 Kft. is led by its founder and managing director, Aleksandr Zavialov — a marketing and growth leader with 10+ years in fintech and digital ecosystems. He has owned go-to-market, user acquisition and retention, marketing analytics, and international expansion across LatAm, EU, APAC, MENA and CIS, and applies AI tools actively in day-to-day work.

EMCD — Digital Marketing Director (2024–present, Hong Kong / remote)

Built and launched the marketing function for the entire product ecosystem from scratch. Successful go-to-market for 8+ new products with measurable metric growth. Hit target CAC across core channels while entering new regions. Built predictive ROI/LTV models and automated dashboards in Power BI.

EarnPark — Marketing & Growth Strategy Lead (2023–2024, UK / remote)

Built the brand from zero into a recognized market player. Scaled AUM ×20 through durable acquisition funnels at optimized CAC. Lifted LTV ×5, launched CRM from scratch, grew FTD-to-active conversion by 40%. GTM for EU, LatAm and APAC.

CS.MONEY — Head of Digital Marketing (2019–2021, Cyprus / remote)

Doubled key product metrics (Net Profit, ARPPU, LTV, Retention, Active Users YoY). Built a 20+ person marketing team (SEO, PPC, SMM, Influencer, Design). Managed $300k+/month budgets with an ROI focus; launched an events function.
